As for the 7 Sultans part of the affiliate program. There are two types of earning models, CPA and Revenue.
For CPA
1. $100 250 raked hands (25c and up tables)
2. $100 extra 2000 raked hands (25c and up tables)
When the player earns his or hers first 250 raked hand credits you get the first payment of $100, when the player has reached 2000 raked hands, you get the other $100.
For Revenue (Net Gaming Revenue and your comission in percent per month)
1. $0 - $20,000 30%
2. $20,001 + 35%
To get your Revenue, the poker player has to purchase a minimum of $20 and rake 100 hands(or more at the 25 cents tables).
