Empire Poker uses Partypartners as their affiliate programs, it's the same as Party Poker uses.
Party Partners is a very serious and well-managed affiliate program. It has everything you could request, including your own accountmanager.
As for the payment plans:
CPA (player per month)
1-10 - $65
11+ - $75
Percentage/Revenue Share
$0 - $10,000 - 20%
$10,000+ - 25%
They also have a Sub-affiliate plan which pays 20%(!) of your subaffiliates revenue.
Worth to note is that the PartyPartners Affiliate Program is very advanced with lots of materials, bonuscode-promotions and trackingability.
